Tim took Liam to the doctor on Monday for his 9 month checkup. We officially have a big kid, but he's not off the charts. Our wonderful boy
is 29 inches long (70th percentile), 22 lbs and 14 oz. (81st percentile), and his head is 18.25 inches (77th percentile). The head circumference is crazy to us and shows how different the boys are. I think Micah never got any higher than the 30s with his head, and Liam is practically to 80. Micah and Tim, Liam and me. Another way that they are like us, I guess.
This week, Liam started on small pieces of food, although he'd already been eating puffs. The pediatrician encouraged us to give him a sippy cup so he can start to wean from the bottle. And, as I noted in a previous post, Liam is finally cutting his first teeth. I'm really going to miss that huge, gummy, toothless, baby grin.
