Liam is 51 weeks old today

I can't believe Liam will be one year old next Friday! The days go slow but the years go fast... A status update on Liam: - his top two front teeth are joining his bottom two front teeth - his drool has increased immensely (you can see it at the top of his overalls) so I've actually started putting him in a bib again just to sop some of it up - he is now walking at least as much as he is crawling - he doesn't like to hold hands so he's Mr. Independent whenever he decides to walk - he doesn't cry unless he's really hurt or irritated (like Micah has pushed him one too many times); ordinary bumps that have felled lesser 51-week-olds have not felled him - he likes the red light in our toy microwave. A lot. They may have some sort of ET thing going on, I'm not sure, like Liam thinks the red light is telling him to call his home planet. - he has no interest in a sippy cup yet, except as a chew toy - the hair right above the neck at the back of his head is growing faster than the rest of his head so he has the beginnings of a baby mullet - he doesn't like bananas. Believe me, we've tried. - he likes being read to (finally!) And next week we'll celebrate his birthday!
