I read in a parenting magazine that kids can start cleaning up at age two. I think that's a little late - Micah already helps to pick up his toys at the end of the day. Today, I thought he might like to try the Swiffer, which we constantly have out because of the dogs. Sure enough, he enjoyed it!
This is a bad picture of the pictures that I hung up in Micah's room. Instead of buying pictures, I took five of the animal pictures I took at Animal Kingdom recently and had them blown up. I then mod-podged (a fancy clear glue) them onto art canvases, which was much cheaper than framing them. Although in this picture they look like they're flat against the wall, they actually stick out a little bit. Most importantly, Micah loves looking at the pictures and seeing his favorite animals. I think it makes it more his room too.
C-day (c-section day) is this Thursday. We have to be at the hospital at 5:30 a.m. to prep for what we hope will be a 7:30 delivery. We're still not totally settled on a name, but promise that we'll have one to share by the time this baby actually arrives! Check back for updates on Thursday. The hospital doesn't have wi-fi, but Tim has promised to update the blog that night once everything settles down. We can't wait to meet this new little guy and introduce him to all of you!

We look forward to hearing about the birth of ? Black. I must say I'm jealous you have a date and time all ready set. My lack of comfort and sleep has become quite stressful. Can't wait to see the pics!
