Isn't it almost always the simple things in life that bring the most joy?
On our walk today, Micah pushed his bubble mower in front of me and Liam.
He just couldn't get enough of the mower and even played with the controls, trying to adjust the bubbles as they came out.
Liam took his morning nap during the peacefulness of our stroll.
After we got home and he was relaxing in his swing for a few minutes, I happened to walk by and catch him sitting just like this, with his arm propped up on the side of the swing, like an old guy sitting in his recliner, reflecting back on his day. My little old soul...
