Yesterday was Liam's 45 week birthday. In honor of the fact that it was my actual annual birthday as well, I took the liberty of dressing him in his, "My Mom Rules!" t-shirt. I thought it was appropriate. :)
Micah thought that he wanted to join in the fun,
but he really didn't. Really he wanted to be upset because...well, because he hadn't had enough sleep the night before and so everything was just upsetting.
Later in the day though, he was hanging around and on Liam. We've been trying to teach him the concept of a good idea and a bad idea so that he will eventually choose
not to do something that he knows is a bad idea. Today, as he was chasing Liam around trying to hug him, I heard Micah saying, "I give Liam a hug. That's a good idea."
Indeed it is. Happy Birthday to me.
