California Vacation, Part II

We started Wednesday in a park, and we finished Wednesday in a park! While I don't have any pictures of it, we went to a local park in the morning before going to be with Tim's parents. After that, we walked around a big local mall. They didn't a play area, which was shocking to me, but they did have several different places in the mall that had rides for little kids. Of course, you have to pay money for those to get them to actually move. We encourage Micah to use his imagination. :) Are we cheap, or fostering some important skills of play? You decide... At any rate, I love this picture of him in the boat with Tigger. He can say "Tigger", and if you look at the expression on his face, he might be thinking that this Tigger is real. Driving the car while the mouse rides shotgun. He loved the "blue beep-beep". Later that day, we met up with Grandma and Grandpa and went to another local park. Here are Grandma and Micah walking down the path to the park. Slides are just as fun in California as they are in Florida! They had this cool sand-digging things, and Micah and Daddy spent a little time playing with it.
