Liam's first formal pictures, take two

One of the neatest things we did when Micah was little was get his professional portrait taken when he was a month old. It was really the only time we spent a lot of money on professional pictures for him. We wanted to do the same thing for Liam and thanks to the generosity of his grandparents Black, we could do just that. (Thank you, Grandma and Grandpa Black!!) The problem was that Liam was in no mood to get his picture taken when he was one month old. We only got a few pictures and they were all variations on this theme: Mouth open, tongue slightly out - basically we tore the bottle or pacifier away from his mouth and the photographer would snap the picture. It was the only way to get one with him not crying, but it still didn't work. So we went back today, and what a difference a month makes! Liam did much better today, and so did Micah for that matter. Here they are together. Our cutie pie little guy! This is a classic Liam face. Full body shot. Not so sure about the tummy pics... Little hands and little feet! Cradled in Daddy's hands. And finally, the photographer was fooling around while Tim gave Liam a mid-session bottle. I couldn't resist including this one! (By the way, I bought the CD so I could do some creative things with the pictures on my own so posting these is legal, just in case you were wondering!)
