Happy Valentine's Day
We spent yesterday evening at Disney for a couple of hours, stopping first at the Magic Kingdom, and then heading on to Epcot, which was a little less crowded.
While at the Magic Kingdom, we had dinner at Pinnochio's Restaurant, where they make a gluten free pizza for people like me - and for $14. But it was really good. The restaurant itself was surprisingly uncrowded, and we actually scored a table overlooking the people who are embarking on the "It's a Small World Ride". Micah loved to check them all out while he picked at his dinner. Here's Daddy helping him to understand that if he waves, the people in the boats will wave back.
When we got to Epcot, Daddy had to entertain Micah while we were waiting for the fireworks to begin.
Something that's always entertaining is Daddy's head, which is fun to touch!
And then there's the thumb. As long as we have that, we can deal with anything, even fireworks that make scary noises.
This last picture has nothing to do with Disney, but is of our newly painted bedroom. The old bedroom was a dark green color, and over the course of the last week, we transformed it into a beautiful yellow sanctuary. I love it! It was also the scene of my Valentine's Day breakfast in bed, prepared by Daddy and Micah. Well, Micah's helpfulness extended to sleeping in a little bit so Daddy could cook, but that was help enough!
