Word-full Wednesday

Normally I would do Wordless Wednesday today, as it is Wednesday and I like the discipline of occasionally letting the pictures speak for themselves.  But since I've been wordless for the last week (shocking, I know, and I'm sorry to those who check this regularly!), I thought I would make it Word-full Wednesday and offer an update now.
So here's the scoop on life in the Black household recently.
The boys played trucks together.  And just hung out being cute.
Micah played in his second soccer game, and was joined this time by his buddy Lloyd, who Micah only ever refers to as my-buddy-Lloyd.  It's never just Lloyd. I love that he has a buddy like that!
Here's one of the reasons why Micah might have a little bit of a hard time with soccer.  He's not the smallest on his team (that honor belongs to my-buddy-Lloyd), but he's certainly a lot smaller than most of the other kids.  After all, this is a 3-4 league and he just turned 3.
But he still liked taking his turn to kick during practice.
Team huddle.  A pep talk for the Gray Rays!
Mommy calmly explaining to Micah that in order to get the after-game snack, he has to at least walk on the field with his team.
And he got the snack, and at it next to my-buddy-Lloyd.
And the soccer star sleeps. :)
And Liam eats!
More excitement in the next few days when we post Halloween pics of our firefighter and alligator!!!
