It's a little late to post this, but better late than never - and the results stand, even two months after the fact (when Tim finally dumped the pictures from his phone). My mom and I completed the Disney Half Marathon!
Tim and I did it last year, and when my mom saw us cross the finish line, she set the goal to do it herself and she did it one year later. It was a beautiful January day in Orlando, and turned out to be a great day to race. We took this picture about 30 minutes after finishing so that our faces weren't so beat red, an unfortunate genetic trait.
Maybe he'll run one day?
I'll include a couple running pictures. Tim, my dad, and the boys saw us at mile marker 12, then met us at the end, so the fact that we're still running in these pictures is pretty impressive.
